Lodging Space Available
The Flyers Inn can accommodate families of four in our Chief Suites and Distinguished Visitor Suites. Both suites offer a queen sized pull-out couch. We also have 15 ADA compliant rooms available. (A pack n’ play is available upon request on a first come/first serve basis.)
Space Available is offered on a daily basis at The Flyers Inn excluding UTA weekends. We accept Space Available reservations up to 120 days in advance. Call now to make your reservations!

Lodging Amenities
In addition to offering our Reservists and Space “A” guests a comfortable “home away from home,” lodging has other amenities and supplies that will enhance our customers’ stay.
The front desk sells a wide variety of drinks and snacks, including soda, beer and wine, chips, popcorn, frozen food and frozen desert treats. (Most of these items are also available for sale in our MEPS check-in office after hours). We also have a vast selection of travel items for sale at the front desk.
DVD’s are available to rent for only $2.00 per night. With over 150 titles to choose from, there is surely a movie that will interest you! And don’t forget the Gourmet Coffee in the lobby! Whatever your needs are, lodging will do its best to accommodate you! |

Lodging Projects
The Flyers Inn has recently completed two very important upgrades that are sure to add more comfort and convenience to our guests’ lodging experience.
Building 5103 received a makeover at the beginning of
the fiscal year. All rooms were repainted to include a wall-papered accent wall. Drapes were replaced and
privacy shades were added to the window treatments. Coordinating bedding for the new pillow-top mattresses was upgraded as well. Carpeting in the guestrooms, hallways and common areas was replaced and new DVD players and 32” flat screen TV’s were purchased for all the rooms.
The Flyers Inn has installed new locks using the keycard system in all the guest rooms in Buildings 5103, 5104, 5105, 2200 and 2201. The final stage of the project will enhance security by adding the keycard system to the entrances of the buildings.
All the updates are sure to guarantee a comfortable night’s stay with us! |
